Opening Strategy

In partnership with Queens University of Charlotte, our team collaborated with The Center for Digital Equity and its sub-brand, Digital Navigators, to bring clarity and consistency to their branding. We created comprehensive brand guidelines that established clear distinctions between the two organizations through defined language, tone, and audience positioning. To better align with Digital Navigators’ mission of serving marginalized communities, we also refreshed their logo to make it more approachable, inviting, and community-focused.

Endgame

Our role has expanded beyond brand alignment into ongoing marketing support. Acting as the social media marketing arm for both organizations, we continue to elevate their presence and engagement across digital platforms. Recently, our scope has grown to include graphic design and marketing strategy services, ensuring that both The Center for Digital Equity and Digital Navigators maintain a strong, accessible, and mission-driven identity.
