Opening Strategy

In a strategic partnership with Tiffany & Co., we ran holiday AI messenger chatbot ads in collaboration with Snaps (Quik) designed to engage consumers and drive purchases by facilitating seamless shopping experiences. Amid the challenges of COVID-19, we also pivoted to promote safe in-store appointment bookings in the U.S. and Canada, encouraging continued customer visits at Tiffany’s retail locations.

Endgame
