Social Media Request Policy
To ensure timely delivery and maintain a high standard of quality, all social media content requests must be submitted by your designated content collection day each month. This deadline allows our team to build your content calendar efficiently and ensure alignment with your overall marketing goals.
Our standard turnaround time is one week from the date we receive a complete request, including all necessary assets (context, images, or copy suggestions) and approvals. Requests submitted after your designated content collection date will result in a delayed turnaround, typically adding one additional week to the expected delivery timeline.
We guarantee the number of weekly/monthly posts as defined in your contract. If you request more posts than your contract states, the additional posts will be pushed to the next month or will be billed at our hourly rate.
Any submissions after the monthly content calendar has been approved are considered last-minute requests and are subject to availability. Each partner may submit up to two last-minute requests per month. Any additional requests beyond that will be considered out of scope and may be billed at The Social Rook’s hourly rate. Please note that we cannot guarantee the creation or publication of any social media post with less than 72 hours’ notice of when you would like the post to go live.
